Functional Consultant - (Infor LN Logistics) **Job Summary:** Join a leading IT solutions provider as an Infor ERP Supply Chain/Logistics Consultant. In this role, you will bring your expertise to customer implementations, collaborating with project teams under the guidance of the Project Manager and Solution Architect at PCG. The position involves executing implementation activities during specific project phases. **Location:** PCG consultants have the flexibility to reside anywhere in the US and must be open to traveling to customer sites as needed. **Responsibilities:** Deliver full life cycle implementations of Infor ERP LN – Supply Chain/Logistics with several years of consulting experience. Manage customer expectations by considering current and planned solution capabilities. Participate in status meetings, escalate issues, and work with customer stakeholders to document the project's rationale and value. Conduct detailed gap analysis, write use case test plans, configure applications, and execute test cases during all testing phases. Provide customer training, monitor solution stability post-implementation, investigate application issues using database queries, and ensure effective handover to support. Stay updated on Infor LN technology, complete necessary education courses, adhere to time/expense reporting policies, and maintain a professional demeanor. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Infor LN software implementations related to Supply Chain/Logistics solutions. Supply Chain/Logistics industry experience is advantageous. Familiarity with FactoryTrack is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to analyze complex problems, and promote positive relationships with customers and team members.
