In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by working with our youth!JRI’s Community Based Services division is dedicated to providing care that helps families and their children who face significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges access essential services for success at home, in school, and within the community. Our staff delivers services within the communities of those we serve, focusing on strength-based, needs-driven choices. We adopt a team-based, collaborative approach grounded individualized services and evidence-based practices.Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus paid out in full after 6 months of employment.CompensationThe pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.JRI Provides The Training So ThatWe will help you be able to provide a variety of community-based, therapeutic services under various contracts.We will support you as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team that works together to find the best and most effective methods of guiding and supporting clients within the community.With the guidance of an independently licensed supervisor, you will be able to design and deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance the family’s capacity to improve the youth’s functioning in the home and community.We will guide you to provide trauma informed, confidential clinical services that place the needs of the young person at the center of your practice.You will have the opportunity to collaborate and work alongside a variety of child-serving systems.Why JRI?Be who you are! We will help you!Must have clinical experience with children and adolescents required; familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred.Ability to create and implement treatment or service plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the client’s background.Demonstrated capacity to develop therapeutic relationships with individuals from various backgrounds.Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participate in an on-call schedule.Proficiency in or the capacity to learn electronic medical record software, along with fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite.Ability to learn the needs of the youth under our care and their families; a willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population.Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.Background and driving record checks will be performed.At JRI, we are committed to fostering a workplace where every team member feels valued and respected.
