Paris Corporation is seeking a skilled Didde Press Operator with hands-on experience running multi-color Didde equipment in a roll-to-sheet converting environment. This is a specialized role designed for operators who can independently set up, run, adjust, and troubleshoot Didde presses while maintaining high quality and production standards.Salary Range: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour$5000 Signing Bonus! ($2500 after 60 days, $1000 after 90 days, $1500 after 6 months)Eligible for a 10% performance bonus opportunity paid quarterly2nd Shift 3 pm-11 pmRequirementsPresses on Site:Four Color Didde ColorTech with Martin automatic SplicerChip Board InserterSollas over wrapper and strapperSix color Didde VIP with KTI splicer, Sollas over wrapper and strapperSix color Didde ML 1000 with Martin automatic splicerBulk stackerShanklin shrink wrapper and banderWhat you'll do:Our paper converting process is roll-to-cut sheet, finished, packaged product all in one line. You will:Hang the rolls, ensuring the print quality, and using the chipboard inserter and Sollas over the wrapper. Your production line associate will box, lid, and skid the finished pallet.Set up and operate multi-color, offset printing presses to reproduce a variety of documents, including security documents, letterheads, forms, and other custom-made-to-order print jobs.Operate single-sheet or web-fed presses.Apply chemicals, ink, and cleaning solvents to the press for proper operation.Make sensitive adjustments to plates, rollers, ink fountains, and paper to produce quality products.Monitor equipment and job run during the process for quality and consistency of finished pieces.Clean, oil, adjust, repair, and service equipment.Perform a variety of assignments requiring a thorough knowledge of techniques, materials, and equipment.Other duties as assignedYour Background:Required: Experience operating Didde PressesHigh school diploma or equivalent2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced, light industrial environment is preferredLifting requirement of 50 poundsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and commitment to high-quality workKnowledge of press maintenance and troubleshooting techniquesPhysical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksStrong communication skills, both written and verbalTeam player, self-motivated, flexible, hands-on, detail-oriented, and quality-orientedPrompt and reliableOffset printing experience is a plusBenefits and Perks:Enjoy excellent company holiday giveaways & parties, generous PTO, medical benefits, 401K, and more!Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage401K with company matchLife InsuranceCasual dressOn-site gymWhy work at Paris?At Paris, we don't just manufacture products, we build brands that people trust.
