Right Price.Position: Splunk and Dynatrace AdminLocation: Onsite - Hartford, CTType: ContractRequired Skills Splunk DynatraceJob Description/ ResponsibilitiesSplunk and Dynatrace Admin: This role will primarily involve managing and maintaining our Splunk and Dynatrace environments. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in both platforms, a solid understanding of monitoring and logging practices, and experience troubleshooting and optimizing performance.Support Team Lead: We need a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our support team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong technical background to effectively guide and support the team.Design, implement, and support Splunk solutions to address business problems and requirements across various industry verticalsCoordinate and own the Splunk environment, including indexers, forwarders, search heads, and other componentsBuild and maintain Splunk apps, dashboards, reports, alerts, and data visualizations based on user requirementsImplement data onboarding, field extractions, and search optimization for new and existing data sourcesSupervise and take on the Splunk infrastructure, addressing performance issues, log feed problems, and capacity planningConfigure role-based access controls and security measures to restrict access to sensitive data and logsCollaborate with internal teams and customers to understand their outstanding use cases and provide Splunk solutionsAssist users in designing and maintaining production-quality dashboards and reportsProvide documentation and knowledge transfer for Splunk operations and maintenanceStay up to date with the latest Splunk features, standard methodologies, and industry trendsWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
