You’ll collaborate closely with sales, vendors, and marketing to improve product visibility and streamline sourcing requests. Your work will play a key role in shaping the company’s digital future, including building toward a fully shoppable experience and launching new initiatives like a wedding registry.Responsibilities include:Manage the end-to-end online product catalog, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strong presentationProcess new product requests, including gathering specs, pricing, and vendor detailsExpand and maintain vendor assortments to reflect full product offeringsOptimize product categorization, navigation, and filters to enhance discoverabilityDevelop and execute digital merchandising strategies to improve product visibilityCurate product assortments, collections, and featured placementsPlan seasonal promotions and coordinate product launches with internal teamsRespond to sourcing requests by identifying vendors and onboarding products quicklyBuild and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure accurate product data and imageryCollaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teamsAnalyze catalog performance and customer data to inform merchandising decisionsLead and mentor at least one direct reportSupport future initiatives, including a wedding registry launch and expanded eCommerce capabilitiesRequirements and Qualifications:3+ years of experience in B2B, wholesale, wholesale, or consumer goods environments1+ years of experience supporting the launch of a new digital channel or commerce initiative from the ground upExperience managing large product catalogsFamiliarity with PIM, DAM, or ERP systemsPrior experience developing a digital merchandising strategySolid experience working with vendors and customersStrong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle quick turnaround requestsAbout the Hiring Company:Our client is a growing player in the wholesale and B2B space, focused on delivering high-quality products through strong relationship-driven sales.
