DescriptionHighly skilled and motivated Customer Support Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our cutting-edge systems. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of Optomec DED systems. Your primary objective will be to merge technical expertise with excellent customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure Optomec systems at customer sitesProvide technical support and troubleshoot issues onsite and through phone, email, and chatGuide customers through onboarding processes and assist with installation and updating mattersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problemsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional serviceKeep accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM systemAnalyze customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve products and servicesAbout Optomec: Optomec is a leading provider of advanced manufacturing solutions, specializing in systems such as DED and Aerosol Jet.
