The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for turning big ideas into high-impact programs and revenue-generating opportunities. Key responsibilities include leading business development efforts, expanding and monetizing innovation programs, and overseeing a talented team to ensure operational excellence. The role demands a builder and a closer, someone who can translate relationships into results and ideas into sustainable revenue streams.Candidates for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in business development, corporate partnerships, venture programs, or startup ecosystems, with a strong preference for those with a deep understanding of the medtech sector. The role requires exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in CRM, data analytics, and Excel. A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree being a plus.
