Candidates for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in business development, corporate partnerships, venture programs, or startup ecosystems, with a strong preference for those with a deep understanding of the medtech sector. The role requires exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in CRM, data analytics, and Excel. A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree being a plus.
