Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest concerns promptly, resolving issues to ensure a positive dining experience Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Skills Proven experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS, along with OpenTable reservations management Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments such as fine dining or nightclubs Excellent time management skills to serve guests promptly during busy hours Culinary experience or background in food industry operations is highly desirable Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and sales upselling techniques Previous restaurant experience including serving, bussing, host/host duties, or kitchen support is preferred Join us if you’re passionate about providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment!
