Much of this data is not always clearly defined - you’ll play a key role in identifying patterns, understanding edge cases, and helping the organization make sense of it. Alongside this, you’ll support reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives that help drive smarter decisions across the company.This is a great opportunity for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving data puzzles, and is excited to learn by exploring complex datasets.What You BringYou enjoy working through unclear or ambiguous problems and finding logical answersYou are curious and like to understand the “why” behind how data behavesYou are comfortable learning by exploring data, not just following documentationYou want exposure to both business context and technical data workYou’re excited to contribute to a growing data function and learn from experienced team membersWhat You’ll DoCore Focus: Data Understanding & Problem SolvingWork with raw DMV data from legacy systems and help convert it into structured formats within CHAMPInvestigate unclear or undocumented data fields to determine what they represent and how they should be usedAnalyze ambiguous scenarios and form logical conclusions based on patterns and system behaviorIdentify inconsistencies between systems and help resolve them through analysis and collaborationSupport data migration and validation efforts to ensure accuracy and alignment across systemsDocument data mappings, assumptions, and decisionsSupporting Responsibilities: Analytics & ReportingWrite and optimize SǪL queries to explore and analyze dataBuild reports and dashboards to support business and operational needsCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to answer data questionsWe welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
