Shift ManagerThe Shift Manager plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.ResponsibilitiesPlan his/her duties and responsibilities for each shiftVerifies compliance of procedures and protocolsAttends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operationAssist the General ManagerCoach and lead a team with no supervisionInvolves himself in the operational and technical training of employeesMaintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energyVerifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaintsApplies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and proceduresOpen/close restaurantAssist with inventory (logging)Assist with staffing needsAssist with controllables and laborMaintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and proceduresQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experienceDemonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions.Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe CertificationFluent in English & Spanish*Ability to work with computersMust follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.Ability to stand for long periodsFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysExpected BehaviorsBe Service OBSESSEDFriendly, welcoming attitude / Models customer orientation for other employeesAnticipates and prevents problems with a proactive attitudeEnergetic Team LeaderMust have excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with othersSense of urgencyAttention to detailsProactively help where it is most needed in the restaurantPay RateUSD $17.00/Hr.
