Join us in our mission to end pet overpopulation!Our MissionUnited Spay Alliance (USA) is dedicated to the promotion of accessible, affordable, and timely spay/neuter services to prevent unwanted litters and end pet overpopulation. USA works in partnership with Marian's Dream.DescriptionAs a Research Volunteer with USA, you will be responsible for helping build and maintain our directory of affordable spay/neuter clinics and programs. By connecting with USA representatives within your assigned territory, you will help to create the most comprehensive list of resources that exists to date. As a member of the Research team, you'll have a direct impact on the sustainability of our grassroots programs, while being the driving force behind the expansion of our database.Research Volunteers will work closely with the Administrative Director to research affordable spay/neuter options in their assigned state using existing directories (when available), Google, and other online sources. All information will be collected and compiled into the preferred template provided by USA and shared using Google Docs.A commitment of at least 2 hours per week for at least 3 months is preferred. Research Volunteer should be responsive to emails from USA team. They should be in regular contact with Administrative Director and USA team via email, and are expected to provide updates on their progress at least every other week.
