Senior Partnerships Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Head of Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow the external partnership pipeline targeting organizations with networks of down-ballot and local Democratic candidates
Build and operationalize the partnerships go-to-market motion, including pipeline structure and performance tracking
Negotiate and manage MOUs with ecosystem partners to ensure commitments and candidate referrals are met
Required Qualifications
Experience leading or building a partnerships or channel development function
Ability to structure partnership deals and manage a portfolio with clear ROI accountability
Proven track record of moving from relationship to signed agreement to measurable outcome
Confidence in executive-level settings, capable of independently representing the company's value proposition
Familiarity with the Democratic political ecosystem and exposure to political technology or civic tech is advantageous
