Role Description We are seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter for a full-time position located on-site in Portland, ME. The Framing Carpenter will handle tasks including framing structures, working with power and hand tools, performing finish carpentry, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards. Responsibilities may also involve collaborating with team members to complete construction projects effectively and safely. Qualifications Proficiency in Carpentry and Framing techniquesExperience using Power Tools and Hand Tools safely and effectivelySkills in Finish Carpentry with attention to detailStrong understanding of construction safety practices and protocolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsPhysical ability to perform manual labor and work in various construction settingsPrevious experience in construction or a related field is preferred
