As a Machine Operator/Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our custom-branding operations, ensuring the production of high-quality printed materials. Machine Operation:Set up and operate printing presses according to job specifications.Load printing plates, adjust ink levels, and ensure proper alignment of printing materials.Monitor the printing process and adjust as needed to ensure accurate, consistent quality.Inspect printed materials for defects, color accuracy, and overall print quality.Perform routine quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.Load and unload printing materials, including products, substrates, and ink supplies.Coordinate with management to ensure timely materials supply for continuous operation.Perform routine maintenance tasks on the printing equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.Troubleshoot and address minor equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to printing operations.Maintain accurate records of production runs, materials used, and any issues encountered during printing.Provide data for tracking and production reports.Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production processes.Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve print quality.High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Ability to read and interpret job orders, printing specifications, and technical documentsAttention to detail and a keen eye for color accuracy and print qualityMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to address minor equipment issuesGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamAbility to work onsite, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMReliable transportation Let's redefine packaging together!
