Join us on this flavorful journey today! Drivers receive an hourly wage of $8.00 an hour plus any delivery tips they earn. They also get a $3.00 vehicle maintenance reimbursement along with any tips made for each delivery. Essential Duties Taking guests' orders over the telephone and in-house Routing delivery drivers and scheduling deliveries to ensure timely delivers Maintaining accurate delivery records and receipts Communicating with guests in regards to money owed, and counting change or processing credit card charges Complete side work such as cleaning car topper, cleaning delivery bags, emptying ketchup bottles, clean delivery areas, and clean and restock delivery and to-go items Always helping out during "down time" such as running food, bussing tables, cleaning duties, and helping other co-workers. Requirements Have reliable transportation Must be at least 21 years old Have a good understanding of the metropolitan (Fox Cities) area and be able to navigate from map(s) and directions Good communication and listening skills Physically able to sit for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50lbs Possess full coverage auto insurance Possess a valid driver's license with no DWI convictions, revocation, or suspensions within the past 5 years Perks & Benefits: Hotel Discounts: Receive discounts at the Copperleaf Boutique Hotel- Appleton, or at any Best Western International property.
