We are just getting started and excited about what the future holds!About The RoleWe’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to be the heartbeat of our retail location. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives on the sales floor, inspires teams, and is energized by creating unforgettable customer experiences.As Store Manager, you will shape both the performance and culture of the store—balancing hands-on leadership with strategic business execution. You will lead with a customer-first mindset, elevate your team, and drive strong business results while representing the brand at its highest standard.Brand & Customer ExperienceThis role is built on three core pillars:Lead by example: Serve as the ultimate brand ambassador by embodying the VICI culture and lifestyle on the sales floor.Prioritize the shopper: Create a customer-first environment where stylists proactively build relationships, pull outfits, and offer expert fashion feedback .Meet personal and store sales goals by ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service.Maintain product knowledge and ensure delivery of information to staff.Sales & Business OperationsDrive Profitability: Take ownership of top-line sales growth by analyzing daily performance and executing strategic sales initiatives.Analyze sales reports and data to determine needs of the business and collaborate with partners to set strategies to achieve goals.Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and the sales floor remains impeccably organized.Work closely with buying team to advise on product assortment and displays based on customer demographics and market trendsMaintain organization, upkeep, and cleanliness of both sales floor and backroomTeam Leadership & DevelopmentCoach & Develop: Actively onboard, train, mentor, and develop both associates and assistant managers to reach their full potential.Ability to train team on all store operations tasks from register to stockroomCollaborative Culture: Foster an encouraging, fast-paced work environment where team members communicate openly and collaborate to serve the customerBuild candidate pipeline.What You Bring5–7 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong ability to lead, influence, and communicate across all levels of the organizationA customer-obsessed mindset with a natural ability to build relationshipsExcellent analytical, organizational, and time management skillsConfidence working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environmentStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approachProficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Mac OS, Slack, and retail systemsWork EnvironmentAbility to lift and move merchandise and fixtures up to 50 lbsExtended periods of standing and walking throughout the storeComfortable working hands-on in a dynamic retail environmentUse of standard office and retail equipment dailyScheduleThis is a full-time role.
