This role requires a keen focus on maintaining smooth traffic flow and ensuring pedestrian safety to enhance the shopping experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and control traffic in the mall parking lot to ensure safety and efficiency.Assist pedestrians in safely navigating crosswalks and parking areas.Enforce mall parking regulations and report any violations.Provide a visible security presence to deter potential issues and assist customers.Maintain a calm demeanor and handle situations professionally.Required Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Must speak a good englishPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in security or traffic management is a plus.Security guard license
