Sr. Program Manager

Sr. Program ManagerExperienced PM to provide Project, Release, Operations, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) duties for the eLicense service area. This position will play a crucial role in advancing and growing the enterprise eLicense service area. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle processes (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), Organizational Change Management (OCM), vendor relationship management.Project Management and Reporting• Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple work efforts• Develop project plans and schedules• Identify key milestones and deliverables• Develop and update project artifactsOperations Management• Triage, prioritize, and assign incoming incident/requests• Manage incident/request backlog• Develop Key Performance Indicators• Review Managed Service Provider status reports• Monitor and track SLA metrics and performanceRelease Management• Work with Managed Service Provider to scope and schedule enhancements for release• Manage release scope for the program and gain agreement and approval of scope changeswith customer representatives and affected stakeholders• Track high-visibility and legislatively mandated activities/enhancementsCustomer Relationship Management• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives.• Communicate with users and customers as necessary.• Coordinate and present proposals to customers as necessary.• Present to technical and non-technical audiences to influence and drive outcomes.• Identify and drive OCM needstechnical project/program management experience leveraging both Agile and traditional SDLC practices to drive multiple projects Required 15leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts Required 5college degree or equivalent technical study Required 4Scrum/Agile CertificationHighly desiredPMI CertificationHighly desiredExperience with Professional and Occupational Licensure processes, Permitting, and InspectionsDesiredExperience with Licensure/Permitting on Salesforce platform
