Material Handler

**Primary Responsibilities:**- SIT (Service Industrial Tools) Assembler jobs require candidates to work with small hand tools and assemble small parts as well as label and package product- Small piece fast past Assembly in a Cell- Small part assembly using a microscope extensively for assembly and inspection of some products- Prepare, process, wind, clean, assemble, calibrate, test, solder and inspect various types of small assemblies- Work from prints, drawings, method sheets, diagrams, or other specifications in accordance with established assembly procedures- Move part supplies and finished product throughout the warehouse- Report defective material or questionable condition to department supervisor- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor**Qualifications:**- Ability to follow both written standard work and verbal instructions- Good hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills performing repetitive motions- Able to work independently and with others- Able to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor- Able to lift 30lbs- Able to stand for 10 hours- Ability to use power tools- Must work well with others in a loud production environment- Must be able to successfully complete a client specific background check**Fortive Corporation Overview**Fortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
