Application Specialist (Medical Imaging) On-side Location: Farmers Branch, Texas Company: DRGEM America Inc. Position SummaryDRGEM America Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated Application Specialist to support our medical imaging systems. This position is responsible for providing product application support, customer training, and assisting with system optimization to ensure effective use of our equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide application support and product training to customersConduct product demonstrations and assist with pre-sales and post-sales activitiesSupport system setup, configuration, and optimization of medical imaging equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely mannerWork closely with internal teams and headquarters to address customer needsMaintain accurate documentation related to system applications and customer supportTravel to customer sites as requiredQualifications       • Relevant experience in medical imaging, radiology, or clinical environments preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to provide effective technical and application support• Willingness to travel as required• RT (Radiologic Technologist) certification is a plus• Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in medical imaging and willingness to learn are encouraged to applyPreferred QualificationsRT (Radiologic Technologist) certification or license preferredExperience with X-ray or medical imaging systemsPrevious experience in an application specialist or similar roleCompensation and BenefitsSalary: 1. Base- $65,000 – $100,000 per year (Final amount will be decided based on your experience and qualifications.)               2. Performance Incentive: additional bonuses based on your performance.
