This role focuses on building scalable applications and automations that drive operational efficiency and enhance business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPower Platform Solution DevelopmentDesign and deliver solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power AppsPower AutomatePower BISharePoint and Microsoft TeamsBuild responsive, intuitive applications tailored to diverse user roles and devicesTranslate business requirements into scalable low-code applications and workflowsData Integration & AutomationIntegrate solutions with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systemsUtilize APIs and connectors to enable seamless data flowAutomate business processes using Power Automate to improve efficiency and data visibilityUser Experience & AdoptionDevelop user-friendly solutions that enhance usability and accessibilityConduct end-user training sessions and create knowledge transfer documentationDeliver tailored demos showcasing solution capabilities and valueAgile Delivery & CollaborationParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-upsContribute to design documentation, standards, and reusable solution componentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issuesContinuous Improvement & InnovationStay up to date with Power Platform advancements and roadmap updatesRecommend improvements to existing systems and processesContribute to governance strategies and best practices for Power Platform environmentsWhat We’re Looking ForCore CapabilitiesStrong experience building Power Apps solutions, including UI design, data modeling, and performance optimizationExperience with Power Automate workflows and process automationAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesTechnical ExpertiseExperience working within SaaS environments and modern application ecosystemsUnderstanding of Power Platform governance (CoE, environment management)Experience writing technical requirements, test scripts, and documentationStrong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiencesCollaboration & CommunicationAbility to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional team environmentsStrong stakeholder management and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with a focus on quality and continuous improvementQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field4+ years of professional experience in Power Platform or related rolesExperience building applications and workflows using Microsoft toolsAbility to work in a hybrid environment and obtain required security clearancePreferredExperience with public sector or regulated environmentsExperience with Agile or hybrid Agile methodologiesExperience in consulting environments (e.g., Big 4 or Microsoft partner)Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-900 or equivalent)Experience designing mobile-friendly, user-centric applications
