Engineering Manager

Overview As Engineering Manager at Compass, you lead high-performing squads that build tools powering daily workflows for hundreds of thousands of agents. You translate business needs into technical work, remove blockers, and ensure secure, scalable delivery on our centralized platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and other teams to align user workflows with clear technical specifications.
