What You'll DoOwn the product roadmap for Paragon financial solutions, including revenue cycle, and manage priorities to hit time to market and time to value targetsCross-functionally drive development and launch of financial features from concept through deliveryServe as the financial subject matter expert on the regulatory team, monitoring CMS, ONC, and other federal and state requirements that affect billing, claims, payments, and financial reporting, and translating them into actionable product requirementsDefine and write functional specifications, requirements, detailed use cases, and user stories for new features and regulatory changes, and explain designs and constraints to stakeholdersCollect, synthesize, and manage requirements from clients, internal stakeholders, and regulatory sources across multiple product releasesWork with engineering, QA, professional services, and support during design and implementation to shape the feature set and usability of the product and ensure quality delivery on time and on budgetReview test plans with the software quality assurance team and validate that regulatory and performance requirements are metPlan and manage execution of roadmaps, development schedules, and release scope for your solution areasPartner with client-facing teams on escalations, defect prioritization, and communication of regulatory timelines and product changes to hospital business office and finance stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in product management, solution management, or a closely related role in healthcare IT, or equivalent experience in hospital revenue cycle or finance operationsWorking knowledge of hospital revenue cycle processes (patient accounting, claims, remittance, contract management) and/or hospital accounting functions such as materials management, accounts payable, and general ledgerFamiliarity with healthcare financial regulatory requirements, such as CMS billing and payment rules, price transparency, HIPAA X12 transactions, or comparable regulatory domains, and the ability to interpret regulations into product requirementsProven ability to write clear requirements, use cases, and user stories, and to communicate technical and regulatory concepts to varied audiencesExperience working cross-functionally with development, QA, and client-facing teams throughout the product development lifecycleStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple releasesBachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceNice to HaveDirect experience with Paragon or another acute care EHR/HIS platformExperience in a hospital business office, supply chain, or finance departmentFamiliarity with tools like Aha!, Azure DevOps/TFS, and ConfluenceExperience participating in regulatory certification or compliance programs (e.g., ONC certification, CMS payment rule updates)Why Join UsFully remote team with flexible working hoursOwnership of a meaningful product domain with real impact on community and regional hospitalsA collaborative solutions team with mentorship and growth opportunities
