CFO - Law Firm

Overview: A Kforce client, a law firm with a global presence and multi-decade track record, seeks a CFO in New York City, New York (NY). Responsibilities Manage a small accounting and finance team, including the Controller and Billing Manager. Prepare Financial Statements. Conduct management reporting. Lead FP&A activities. Oversee treasury functions. Support external audit team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree a plus. CPA certification. Over 10 years of experience. Experience in the legal services industry. Experience as a manager (Director, VP, or C level). Compensation & Benefits Pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. The range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested, and determinable.
