Job DescriptionShift: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pmInterview: Manager will be interviewingWorking safely and always wearing their PPEBuilding partial palletsLifting between 50lbs to 80lbs continuallyDriving forkliftsCleaning as neededHelp load trailers as needed.Roofing Minneapolis is hiring motivated individuals for our shipping team!What your 8 hour shift in this role might involve at OC-Minneapolis:The purpose of the Shipping Clerk is to lead daily processes related to Shipping and Receiving at the Minneapolis Roofing and Asphalt Plant.Here is a brief outline of this roleSafely navigating the shipping yardUnderstanding productsUtilize SAP to enter and print informationCheck-in trucksPGI Trucks leavingMiantain standard housekeeping of the warehouse and lift trucksMaintaining a safe workplaceWhat makes a successful OC - Minneapolis team member:Must Haves IncludeHigh school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.Ability to work independently or in a team atmosphere with minimal direct supervision.Would be terrific if you also hadExperience in manufacturing, but not required.Motivation to learn and advance as an employee.There are some essential physical requirements specific to our work environment, including being able to:Climb and descend stairs/ladder as needed for the roleDo repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 40-pounds)Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortableHandle, control and feel raw materials and finished goodsAble to execute repetitive movementsPreferred skills
