Robust diabetic center with integrated dietary and pharmacy support. Strong referral base from 60 primary care providers and case managers. Monday ????Friday, 8am ????5pm schedule. Option for 3 weeks remote / 1 week onsite . Base salary at or above MGMA median with WRVU-based productivity incentives.
