Product & Process EngineerRole OverviewOversee the lifecycle of specialized precision components from initial design to mass production for the aerospace and automotive sectors. This role combines technical product consulting with process development to ensure high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing launches.Key Responsibilities & RequirementsLead product feasibility analysis and ensure process drawings meet customer specifications.Own the new product introduction process using APQP, PFMEA, and process flow documentation.Design and specify manufacturing fixtures using solid modeling CAD software.Utilize Six Sigma tools to reduce process variation and improve manufacturing performance.Manage project timelines, capital investment efforts, and technical training for other departments.Minimum 2 years of experience with a B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.Familiarity with IATF16949 or AS9100 standards and root-cause analysis.Must meet ITAR requirements as a U.S. Person.Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
