Manager, Product Marketing & Adoption
Role PurposeMeasure and monitor the pulse of the major change program/initiatives to inform our change management strategy including communication, engagement, and project activities in collaboration with the business. Develop and maintain all tools, reports and processes for managing stakeholder initiatives and oversee collection and distillation of feedback. Key focus is to support preparing stakeholders (internal & external) to adopt change driven by introduction of new foundational revenue systems.Key AccountabilitiesSupport Stakeholder Engagement:Maintain documentation on changes and people, process, technology and business impacts; develop and maintain documentation on stakeholder action plansIdentify stakeholders, degree of change, and high-level changes for each group. Maintain high level Stakeholder Assessment and updated heat maps.Provide detailed analysis, reporting and directional, actionable commentary on stakeholder assessment data.Develop Regional Engagement Events - plan, develop content, coordinate logistics, invites, and execute events that deliver a steady flow of information, setting a consistent tone, and serving to engage, align, and build commitment from key stakeholdersDevelop all change management deliverables as neededSupport Change Network:Provide Change Network communications supportSupport facilitation of Change Network calls and meetings - document meeting minutes, action items, and drive progress forward Design templates and tools for evaluating program stakeholdersMaintain member database/list and identify opportunities, develop and execute recommendations for participation across stakeholder groupsSupport Readiness Assessment and Reporting:Develop readiness assessments, measure progress of stakeholder functional groups and regions, analyze and monitor results over timeWork with outside vendor on timing and delivery of business readiness assessments and reporting needsDevelop detailed reports by stakeholder group to inform progress and identify areas of achievement and concern in support of stakeholder readiness metrics.Manage and Report on Program EngagementWork with Key Stakeholders and communications teams to identify key "pulse" metrics. Develop methodology to monitor and report on these metrics. Identify the tools and mechanisms and ensure they are in place to capture appropriate data.Monitor the program microsite, mailbox and forums for questions and respond or expedite questions to appropriate parties and provide approved responses according to established guidelinesSupport communications teams by providing or coordinating with third party on metrics for any email or mass communications efforts as needed.CommunicationsCollaborate with the Director of Engagement, Communications Partners to identify and schedule required communications outputsPartner with associates/resources across the IHG organization (e.g., Global Corporate Affairs, Program Management Office, Change Management, Project Stakeholders, etc.) to deliver the required communications deliverablesEstablish timelines and schedules for communications development and finalizationConduct interviews and other research to develop content for articles, presentations and other communications devicesCreate creative and engaging multi-media communications deliverables using tools such as PowerPoint, PowerPoint Animation, Audio/Video Overlays/Production, Camtasia, Sketchbook Pro, etc.Enhance pre-existing communications with alternative designs such as new graphics treatments, improved formatting/layout, new copy, audio/video, animation, etc.Create, maintain and execute global communications plan where necessary; understand how best to channel communications to increase awareness of the department activitiesKey Skills & ExperiencesEducation -* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.Experience -5-8 years of experience in Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, CommunicationsSolid understanding of change process at the individual and organizational levelExperience and knowledge of change management principles, tools and methodologiesExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent active listening skillsAbility to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and influence others to move toward a common vision or goalStrong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challengesFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleExperience with large scale organizational change efforts.Technical Skills and Knowledge -* Certified Change Management Certifications plusTravel - 10% limited as neededLocation - Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.The salary range for this role is $106,020 to $132,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
