Job DescriptionSales AgronomistWe are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Agronomist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing agronomic expertise, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting growers with crop input recommendations to help maximize yield and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with growers in the territoryProvide agronomic guidance including crop scouting, soil sampling, seed selection, fertility, and crop protection recommendationsDevelop and execute sales plans to meet territory goalsMaintain a strong understanding of current agronomic products, technologies, and best practicesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and servicesAssist with field days, product trials, and grower meetingsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related fieldStrong agronomic knowledge and a passion for working directly with growersExcellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and prioritize tasksPrevious agronomy or sales experience preferredCompensation & Benefits:Base salary $58,500-$80,000+ DOEFull benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancementIf you're an energetic ag professional looking to make an impact and grow your career, apply now!
