Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years successful experience utilizing Windows, Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel or other software currently utilized by department. Proven ability to independently plan, organize, and complete projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames. Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal (including via telephone) and written formatsAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting prioritiesPreferred Requirements & Qualifications:2+ years’ experience directly related to administration of certification programs.
