The Studio Manager will serve as a key leader within the business, helping drive membership growth, retain members, support daily operations, and ensure every person who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and valued.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable owning results, and capable of executing routine responsibilities independently while also identifying opportunities to improve the business.About the RoleThe Studio Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving membership growth, delivering an exceptional member experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day studio operations at F45 Training Midtown Phoenix.This person will work closely with Studio Ownership and the coaching team to lead the full membership sales process, support retention, oversee front-of-house operations, and help create a welcoming, high-energy studio community. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, goal-driven, and comfortable executing responsibilities independently while identifying opportunities to improve the business.What You’ll OwnMembership growth, including lead generation and follow-up, trial conversion, consultations, referrals, reactivation and local outreachThe full sales process from first contact through membership close and new member onboardingDay-to-day studio operations, including front desk processes, cleanliness, account support and brand standardsMember experience and retention through relationship-building, customer care and community engagement in partnership with our Head Coach Sales activity, member engagement and operational follow-ups within studio systems and communication toolsTeam support, training, and accountability around sales, service and operational expectationsCollaboration with Studio Ownership and coaching staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality studio experiencePositive representation of F45 Training Midtown Phoenix in the studio, online and throughout the local communityQualifications2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, fitness or studio management preferredPrior boutique fitness, wellness, membership sales or service-based business experience strongly preferredComfortable with consultative sales, lead follow-up, membership presentations and goal-driven performanceStrong leadership, communication, organization and follow-through skillsPositive, approachable and relationship-driven with a passion for health and fitnessAble to work independently, execute recurring tasks and take initiative with minimal to no oversightComfortable using studio software and communication tools such as MindBody, Loyalsnap, Google Suite and related platformsEvening and weekend availability requiredCPR/AED certification required or willingness to obtainPersonal Training Certification preferred but not requiredBenefitsCompetitive pay with performance-based commission/bonus opportunitiesFree membership at F45 Training Midtown Phoenix for you and a significant other or immediate family member Fun, supportive, and high-energy team environmentOpportunity to grow with a community-focused boutique fitness studio
