Wealth Omni-Channel Campaign ManagerSitting within the Client Marketing organization, the Wealth Omni-Channel Campaign Manager will primarily be responsible for developing and executing acquisition campaigns in support of new-to-bank Wealth customer growth, specifically targeting affluent and high-net-worth clients. The person in this role will manage multiple high-priority campaigns in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability. The VP will manage and execute compelling new creative experiences/messaging and implement a test and learn agenda. They will have strong performance marketing discipline and rigor in meeting and exceeding goals and KPIs driven by these marketing tactics. Prior experience in premium retail banking or wealth management industry is preferred, as well as the ability to foster an environment of operational excellence and continuous improvement.Primary LocationCharlotte, North Carolina, United StatesResponsibilitiesDesign and flawlessly execute results-driven direct mail and digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisitions growth.Own the campaign project management, working with internal partners to develop campaign schedules and ensure campaigns are delivered on time across channels.Focus on finding efficiencies within existing processes to streamline and accelerate the campaign execution model.Track and analyze campaign results, providing updates to senior leadership and cross-functional partners on an as-needed basis.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications6–10 years of experience.Direct-to-consumer marketing, premium banking products, and/or wealth management experience required.Prior experience in creative design, direct mail, and/or digital content development is essential.MarTech and project management workflow tool experience (i.e. Confluence, Jira, Aprimo, iHandle, etc.) preferred.Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.EducationBachelor's/University degree required; Master's degree preferred.Key Skills and Leadership CompetenciesCurious self-starter who can be partner-focused while coordinating multiple projects with varying timelines simultaneously.Comfortable managing projects and gaining alignment across multiple stakeholders.Superior attention to detail, with a process-oriented mindset.Excellent interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills.Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.Citi is an equal opportunity employer, and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristic protected by law.
