Quantum focuses on providing quality Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, Business Management, and Technical Support Services to professional, government, and scientific organizations.Job DescriptionDevelop Chaplain, Chaplain Candidate, and Religious Affairs Specialist training material/curriculum. Revise USA-IRL lesson plans and other training and education products, advise USA-IRL staff and faculty on training, and prepare training and education materials for CHCP Courses using TDC or other platforms.Interprets instructional development guidance from TRADOC and USA-IRLpolicies to integrate into producing educational and training courses and products. Analyzes, designs, develops, and validates USA-IRL education and training products. Prepares, reviews, revises, and develops training and educational material for both resident instruction and distance learning (Lesson Plans, PowerPoint Presentations, Student Handouts, i.e., Advance sheets, Rubrics, PEs). Prepares TRAS documentation with input from Requirements Analysts and ATRRS Specialists. Assists in transitioning learning material to Army Learning Model (ALM). Updates references, course content, material and equipment, evaluations, and student material required using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) process. Assists in implementing Distributed Learning and resident programs using Blackboard and other automated systems. Maintains and manages learning material distributed by automated systems such as Blackboard, ATRRS SharePoint, and the Army Training Network. Develops checklists and quick guides for use as instructional aids. Review regulations, policies, and procedures of training development. QualificationsMinimum two (2) years experience developing and designing full-length skill-based instructional training material and experience writing lesson plans using the Adult Learning Model/Experiential Learning ModelMinimum two (2) years experience providing teaching/facilitating course materialMinimum of one (1) year experience working in automated training development databases such as: Training Development Capabilities (TDC). Possess knowledge and skills of the Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) process. Experience with course validation process IAW TRADOC regulations.
