Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery of technology programs and applications across multiple workstreams, planning, executing, and tracking delivery milestones, schedules, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Ensure delivery commitments are met in line with SOWs, SLAs, client expectations, and quality standards. Manage onshore/offshore delivery teams, ensuring optimal utilization and productivity. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders for delivery, status, and escalations. Drive Agile and/or hybrid delivery models, including sprint planning, release planning, and execution tracking. Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, issues, and dependency bottlenecks. Ensure compliance with governance, security, risk, and audit requirements, especially in regulated environments. Oversee production support, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure platform stability. Manage vendor and partner relationships, including performance reviews and issue resolution. Track and optimize delivery costs, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans. Provide leadership on process improvements, delivery efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
