Regional Employee Benefits Sales Manager
Job DescriptionIDIQ offers premier services in Voluntary Employee Benefits and is looking to expand in the markets of multiple regions within the United States. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing of new regions, building and securing new B2B relationships and increasing IDIQ awareness in the Employee Benefits space. The Regional Sales Manager will be charged with building long-term relationships with brokers and employers to expand the distribution of IDIQ’s Voluntary Employee Benefit products and services.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop, secure, and maintain Key Employer and Broker Relationships in a new region.Build the IDIQ Employee Benefits Brand – maintaining a strong, visible presence in the assigned region and across the United States.Generate, nurture and close on Employee Benefit leads through employers or brokers.Achieve targeted KPI’s and results as measured.Attend trade show conferences and ability to professionally network and present to an audience, both virtually and in-person as needed.Experience with a sales CRM to input and update sales results.Develop a market strategy and plan to deliver targeted results for the assigned region.Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.Deliver Zoom/Teams meetings with prospects using a consultative sales approach.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to continually create, assess, market and evolve sales plans, and strategies in order to meet key objectives or goals.Travel to meet with targeted clients and attend meetings as required.Flexibility to attend open enrollments and benefit fares as needed.Produce within and beyond the assigned territory and deliver sales results that consistently exceed growth objectives of the IDIQ Employee Benefits.Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
