Senior Installation Lead

Job Description About the Role.We're looking for a skilled installer to handle bathroom vanity installations and shower sliding glass door systems. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in residential homes. You'll be responsible for delivering clean, professional installations that meet high-quality standards and leave customers confident in the finished product.Key Responsibilities.This person will do all Pre- Measures before order is placed for vanities & special ordered glass.Install bathroom vanities, including leveling, securing, and finish workDisconnect and reconnect basic plumbing (P-traps, supply lines, faucets)Install sliding and/or frameless shower glass doorsApply silicone and sealants for waterproofingEnsure all installations are level, secure, and visually cleanTroubleshoot job site challenges (uneven walls, out-of-square openings, etc.)Maintain a clean and professional job siteRequired Skills & Experience2+ years experience in bathroom installation, finish carpentry, or glass installationStrong measuring and layout skillsExperience installing shower doors (sliding or frameless preferred)Basic plumbing knowledgeComfortable working with power tools and glass materialsAbility to lift and maneuver heavy vanities and glass panelsValid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred (Not Required)Experience with frameless/custom glass systemsRemodeling or multi-trade backgroundCustomer-facing experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceConsistent, year-round workOpportunities for advancement (lead installer, project management)Supportive team and organized schedulingWhy This Role Matters: This position is critical to delivering a high-quality finished bathroom.
