ERP SYSTEM MANAGERWhy this role matters:As our ERP Systems Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint, driving excellence across our financial systems landscape. Reporting directly to the Financial Systems Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how technology empowers our organization. What you'll do:Management and oversight of ERP systems, including Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, Client Feedback Tool, and other systems as applicable. Training, development, and/or management of ERP support staff. Front-line person for the Financial Systems group and in charge of providing the best practices to ERP systems users. Manage and resolve support issues for the ERP system ranging from end-user application questions to technical problem resolution. Manage user and security roles in compliance with defined procedures. Maintain Vision data integrity by performing data scrubs on Info Center data, in coordination with Office Managers. Document and develop technical processes within ERP related systems, such as workflows, alerts, validations, etc. In charge of Deltek systems support and training for all staff. What you bring:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law.
