The Electrical Manager will play a foundational role in establishing processes, building a team, and driving electrical operations within an established HVAC and mechanical organization.Position OverviewThe Electrical Manager will oversee all electrical operations, including project execution, team development, safety compliance, estimating support, and long-term strategic growth of the division. This role requires both technical depth and entrepreneurial mindset. This is not a maintenance role.
