Our data is shared transparently so that our staff have the knowledge to be comfortable with the business component of the organization.Staff are held accountable for the variables that are truly in their control.Strong, consistent, and effective supervision from BCBAs.Supervision is structured to support client needs while also increasing the skill set of the RBT.Weekly clinic meetings focus on clinical topics.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesRecruit qualified RBTs by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and promoting our mission to serve individuals with autism and developmental disabilitiesBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidatesTrack and report recruiting metricsAssist with onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new hires to ensure they meet certification and compliance standardsSubstitute as an RBT in therapy sessions (home, school, daycare, community), implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision while engaging individuals with patience and enthusiasmCollect and document data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform care plans, ensuring accuracy in medical documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulationsSupport the development and implementation of behavior management strategies tailored to each individual's needsMaintain detailed records of therapy sessions, progress notes, behavior logs, and care plans in compliance with medical records standardsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams-including special education professionals-to optimize behavioral health interventionsMinimum QualificationsActive and current RBT certificationRecruiting or talent acquisition specialist experience in ABA (1+ year preferred)Professional, ethical, and effective communication skillsAbility to maintain professional boundaries and seek supervision as neededStrong time management and organizational skillsCommitment to ongoing clinical development and supervisionExperience NeededPrior experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly preferredKnowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavior management strategiesExperience in data collection, analysis, and reporting within clinical or educational settingsFamiliarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining confidential medical recordsBackground in teaching or supporting individuals with special needs is advantageousPatience, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations are essential for success in this roleWork EnvironmentOffice environment for recruitmentRBT services provided in home and community settingsVariable noise levels and occasional exposure to outdoor conditionsDynamic environment requiring flexibility and responsiveness to client needsPhysical And Functional RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day)Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and rapid movement as requiredAbility to lift and carry materials up to 50 poundsFrequent driving between office and client locationsRegular use of computers, mobile devices, and office equipmentAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishJob Types: Full or Part TimeBenefitsHealth, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Drive TimeOpportunities for advancementNo prior criminal history - Must Pass a level II background clearance before treating clientsSalary: $22 - $26 per hour
