Team members join a mission-driven environment that combines technology and compassion to improve outcomes for diverse families.Role Description The Senior Document Controller is a full-time remote role responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving NeuroCare+’s documentation and records management processes. This role oversees the creation, organization, version control, and secure storage of project documentation, operational procedures, and regulatory records across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include developing and enforcing document control standards, managing digital repositories, monitoring compliance with documentation policies, and ensuring timely updates and approvals from cross-functional stakeholders. The Senior Document Controller collaborates with product, clinical, operations, and legal teams to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and audit-ready, supporting quality, privacy, and regulatory requirements. This role also identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, implements document management tools, and trains team members on best practices in documentation and records handling.Qualifications Strong expertise in Document Management and Records Management, including organizing, storing, and securing digital and physical information.Proficiency in Documentation and Project Documentation, with the ability to standardize templates, manage version control, and maintain audit trails.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, clarifying documentation requirements, and training staff on document control processes.Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS), collaboration platforms, and workflow automation tools.Knowledge of data privacy, information security, and compliance standards relevant to healthcare or technology environments.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple documentation streams in a fast-paced setting.Prior experience in a Senior Document Controller, Records Manager, or similar role, ideally within healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries.Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working in a remote, distributed team and commitment to the mission of expanding equitable access to mental and developmental health care.
