From measurements to design, fabrication to installation, we maintain quality, unique products that are made fresh for each client.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen and Bath Designer. The Designer will be responsible for utilizing 2020 Design (Design Flex) or AutoCAD to create detailed drawings of custom cabinetry based on clients' needs and preferences. The Designer will work with clients to select specific materials, finishes, and styles for the cabinetry. The Designer will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service throughout the design and installation process.QualificationsKitchen and Bath Design and Cabinetry skillsCustomer service skills, with a focus on providing an exceptional client experienceStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenSales skills, with experience in promoting and selling custom cabinetry and other design elementsProficiency with AutoCAD or similar design softwareKnowledge of different types of wood and other materials used in cabinetryAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldExperience in the cabinetry industry is a plus
