The engineer will ensure system reliability, improve monitoring and alerting, and support DevOps and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain monitoring platforms (Datadog, BigPanda)Support AWS production environments (EC2, serverless, CloudFormation)Improve alerting, logging, and system visibilityMonitor application performance (availability, latency, system health)Build dashboards for performance, cost, and stabilityDevelop scripts and automation for AWS infrastructureSupport incidents, outages, and escalationsCollaborate with DevOps, development, and operations teamsMentor and train team members on tools and best practicesRequired Skills10+ years IT experience, 4+ years in AWS environmentsStrong experience with Datadog (monitoring/logging)AWS services (EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Cognito, CloudFormation)CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git/SVN)Docker / KubernetesAnsible or similar configuration toolsJavaScript / TypeScriptStrong troubleshooting across systems and networksNice to HaveAWS SysOps CertificationExperience with Windows Server and IISSoft SkillsStrong communication (written and verbal)Team-oriented and collaborativeHigh accountability and ownershipContinuous learning mindset
