Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd ShiftA well-established precision manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead second-shift operations within a high-performance production environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement while overseeing daily manufacturing activities and leading a team of technicians, machinists, operators, and support personnel.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and achieving operational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise second-shift manufacturing operations.Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery performance.Manage production schedules and workflow to meet customer demands.Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and growth.Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issues.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Monitor equipment and process performance and escalate issues as needed.Conduct performance evaluations, employee development planning, and corrective actions when necessary.Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturing procedures.Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and results.Qualifications5+ years proven experience in CNC machining and precision manufacturing environments.2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of production operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience leading hourly manufacturing teams in a high-volume environment.Proven ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and drive process improvements.Strong communication, coaching, and employee development skills.Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced production setting.Bonus/PreferredLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement training.Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and production metrics.ADPITAR or NADCAP environment experienceBenefitsCompetitive wagesmedical, dental, vision, life insuranceshort and long-term disability9 paid holidays per year, paid vacation time401K plan with company matchHSA & Flex Spending programs, supplemental health plans, and more!
