I am urgentlyhiring a Direct Care Advocate to join my care team. As a Direct CareAdvocate, you will provide personal care and household support within myhome. This role is vital in promoting my health, safety, and well-beingand it supports me to live the most independent life I can. Thisposition is a direct hire role with no agency involvement. A littleabout me- I used to be a chef, and I enjoy crafting and car racing. Iappreciate individuals who are responsible, dedicated and who arelooking for a long-term caregiving role. Here is what I need help andsupport with- Personal hygiene (bed baths, skin care, dressing)Incontinence care (utilizing a bed pan) Light housekeeping (laundry,dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, linen changes as needed) Cooking andpreparing snacks Occasional errands Organize spaces within the homeBuild connection and companionship Compensation- \$17.32-\$18.50 perhour Schedule- I need care and support 7 days a week 7 :00AM- 9:00 AM6:00 PM - 9:00 PM \*Please note the shifts times are flexible\* I amlooking for the following qualities- Compassionate and caring approachto caregiving Strong communication skills Punctual and dependableReliable transportation is a must Prior caregiving experience is a PLUS,but I am willing to train the RIGHT person!
