AI Fullstack Developer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong backend and frontend expertise, complemented by exposure to AI-driven systems and data engineering. This role is primarily full stack (≈60%), with additional responsibilities in AI integration (≈20%) and data engineering (≈20%).Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development (Primary Focus - ~60%)∙ Design and build scalable, high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript∙ Develop backend services using Hack, PHP, Python, and C++∙ Build and consume APIs using GraphQL∙ Design robust application architecture and reusable components∙ Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications∙ Implement caching strategies using RedisAI & Intelligent Systems (~20%)∙ Integrate AI/LLM-based solutions into applications (agent-based workflows, automation)∙ Work with modern AI frameworks and APIs (e.g., LLM agents such as Claude/LLaMA or similar)∙ Build intelligent features such as recommendations, automation workflows, or decision systems∙ Collaborate on evolving AI-driven capabilities within productsData Engineering & Processing (~20%)∙ Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines∙ Work with large-scale datasets using Python and SQL∙ Process and analyze data using Spark or distributed systems∙ Manage and optimize storage systems (data warehouses, time-series DBs)Database & StorageDesign and manage data systems using:∙ MySQL∙ Graph Databases∙ Distributed data platforms∙ Work with cloud storage solutions such as AWS S3∙ Cloud, Infra & Observability∙ Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments∙ Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestrationImplement monitoring and observability using:∙ CloudWatch∙ Prometheus∙ Grafana∙ Manage access and security using IAMQuality & Engineering Practices∙ Ensure code quality using Jest and PyTest∙ Follow best practices in Git-based version control and CI/CD∙ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, data, and engineeringRequired Skills∙ Strong experience in React and JavaScript∙ Backend development experience with PHP/Hack and Python (C++ is a plus)∙ Experience designing GraphQL APIs∙ Solid understanding of system design and distributed systems∙ Strong SQL and working knowledge of data pipelines∙ Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes∙ Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)Preferred Skills∙ Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions into applications∙ Familiarity with Spark or big data ecosystems∙ Exposure to Graph DBs and real-time data processing∙ Experience in data-intensive or high-scale platformsIdeal Candidate Profile∙ Primarily a strong Full Stack Engineer with backend depth∙ Has practical exposure to AI integrations (not purely research-focused)∙ Comfortable handling data workflows and large datasets∙ Proven ability to build scalable, production-grade systems∙ Strong ownership and ability to work in fast-paced environmentsQualification:∙ Batchelor degree
