This individual will lead all plant-level quality systems, ensuring products and processes meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. The role is highly hands-on and visible, partnering closely with manufacturing and operations to drive continuous improvement, supplier quality, and corrective actions. Must-Haves:7+ years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentDirect ownership of ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsStrong experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPAProven audit leadership (internal, customer, and third‑party audits)Ability to partner cross-functionally in a fast‑paced plant settingComfortable being onsite and highly visible on the production floor Plusses:Experience in electrical, industrial, enclosure, or engineered products manufacturingExposure to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar regulatory standardsSix Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltPrior people management or team mentorship experienceERP/QMS system experience (SAP, Oracle, ETQ, MasterControl, etc.)
