Closing Crew
Closing CrewWe have vacant positions to train a well-organized and committed closing team. Our environment is fast-paced and we expect you to be able to work as part of a team. Whether you're a fit as a dishwasher or closing our kitchen area or helping take down the Custard machine and cleaning our FOH at the end of the night you will join a group of 5 - 6 individuals to get clean and out as a team. On occasion, you will be asked to assist working a kitchen position, or running orders when your tasks are caught up and we are still serving guests, help to clean cook stations, kitchen appliances, and machines in the BOH and FOH.Our goal is to employ people with excellent time management and communication skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks and have to abide by food safety procedures and regulations.Responsibilities of a Closer:Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environmentMaintaining the availability of clean pans at all timesCleaning kitchen appliances and machinesHelping other team members to unload and store deliveriesAssist other team members with tasks on position when the need arisesAdhere to food safety procedures and regulationsTaking out the trashRinsing garbage cansClosing Crew Job Requirements:Work schedule would be 7pm - close (Midnight) 5+ nights a week based on performanceMust understand and follow all food safety proceduresMust have good communication skillsMust be able to prioritize tasksWork schedule:Night shiftBenefits:Flexible schedule401(k) matchingEmployee discountPaid trainingHealth insurance
