Production Assembler

Working under the direction of Value Stream Leader and area leads, this position ensures that daily production schedules are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Other duties/functions may be added or assigned.Assemble commercial door frames and related products using hand and power tools.Perform quality inspections throughout the build or packaging process.Identify material defects or incorrect conditions and report them to supervision.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area that supports production flow.Follow SOPs, production schedules, safety protocols, 5S principles, and Standard Work Instructions.Learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies as needed.Review and interpret project specifications, Standard Work, and work instructions.Assemble commercial door frames using appropriate equipment, hand tools, and power tools.Perform quality checks throughout the build process to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and following 5S.
