Sr with extensive hands-on coding experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience developing scalable backend applications, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Candidates must be willing to complete and successfully pass a Glider coding/technical assessment as part of the interview process.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Java.Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, and business teams.Analyze technical requirements and translate them into high-quality solutions.Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.Contribute to automated testing and continuous integration processes.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Core Java and Java/J2EE.Heavy coding and problem-solving experience.Strong experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.Experience developing microservices.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.Experience with SQL and relational databases.Good understanding of software design principles and development best practices.Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.Strong debugging and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with AWS/Azure/GCP.Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with performance tuning and distributed systems.
